想让面包晚一点变硬,可以把它密封保存,减少水分跑掉。如果短时间内要吃,可以放在袋子或保鲜盒里;如果需要放更久,可以考虑冷冻保存。冷冻能让淀粉变化变慢,吃之前再加热,口感会比一直放在室温下更好。
